​Morten Gade Christensen is one of Europe’s most accomplished CIOs, with 25+ years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation across energy, finance, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure.
He is currently Group CIO at Bunker Holding and previously served as CIO and EVP at Energinet, Denmark’s national transmission system operator.
Morten has built and led global IT organizations of up to 450 FTEs, delivering mission-critical ERP, data, and infrastructure transformations.
His work sits at the intersection of technology performance, national infrastructure, and business profitability.
He is a recipient of European CIO of the Year (2019) and Danish CIO of the Year (2016).
Beyond executive roles, he brings deep board-level experience across energy, fintech, banking, cybersecurity, and technology.
This gives him rare credibility in governance, risk, capital allocation, and executive accountability.
Morten combines London Business School training with hands-on operational leadership, equally effective in the boardroom and the engine room.

Mary Deepthi S is a senior technology and transformation leader with 25+ years of experience across global product companies, large-scale IT services, and entrepreneurship.
She currently serves as Director of Product Development at Bunker Holding, leading mission-critical product and engineering portfolios in a highly regulated, always-on environment.
Mary has held senior leadership roles across FMCG, Oil & Gas, and enterprise IT services in Europe and India, trusted with high-stakes transformation mandates.
Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade at Dell, leading core Dell.com platforms and major global commerce and infrastructure rollouts.
At McAfee, she led globally distributed teams delivering award-winning security products while managing complex cross-geography transitions.
She is also a founder-operator, having built and run a retail business end-to-end, giving her a sharp commercial and execution lens.
Mary is known for translating strategy into shipped systems, combining enterprise scale with founder-level pragmatism and calm execution under pressure.
